This manager and entrepreneur with many years of experience created Radar Security in 2015. He is a graduate of Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe and has a background in international relations. Mr. Mauvais has built relationships and partnerships with government and private account holders, both locally and internationally.
It has been able to increase turnover by more than 70% in the 5 years of its existence, achieving higher growth targets in line with the company's organisational objectives.
His leadership and involvement in all areas of Radar Security's operations allow his clients to benefit from a global, quality private security solution.
ERIC CANTIN
Vice President Operations, Sales and Marketing
Eric Cantin has extensive experience in the business world as an entrepreneur and market development expert. Over the past twenty years, he has built a solid reputation in the corporate field of business services and has established professional relationships with various levels of government.
Mr. Cantin develops all strategic orientations directed towards the needs of the clientele and the management of the company's corporate image, overseeing the overall direction of operations, sales and marketing of Radar Security.
HARRY TASSY, BAA
Executive Vice President
Mr. Tassy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal, with more than 30 years of experience in consulting and business management in various fields of activity.
Over the past 10 years, he has developed expertise in researching national and international grant programs. Mr. Tassy has started several companies that have generated multi-million dollar sales in the short term.
HEDENS LAGARDÈRE, BAA
Financial Director
Mr. Lagardère has over 20 years of experience in accounting. He has assisted several companies in decision making, financial planning and defining their financial strategy.
These various experiences have allowed him to develop his versatility and business sense during his various mandates.
He holds a bachelor's degree in management accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal, a college diploma in marketing and management training.
