Job Description

Radar Sécurité is seeking an office clerk to provide administrative support to our head office team from our Blainville office.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of materials;
  • Ensure follow-up with suppliers;
  • Maintain inventory and update office, IT, and operations equipment;
  • Manage office stationery inventory and orders;
  • Answer calls at the head office and transfer them as needed;
  • Distribute incoming mail at the head office;
  • Perform any other tasks requested by the administrative services manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as an office clerk;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory);
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset;
  • Must demonstrate autonomy and initiative;
  • Strong organizational and initiative skills;
